Hilda “Lilly” Rodriguez and husband Gerardo have spent over two decades working in American diners, when the opportunity to open up a place of their own in Catoosa arose through one of Lilly’s friendship with Tracy and Larry Covert from a previous restaurant. They were instrumental in helping the Rodriguez couple create a welcoming, country-like atmosphere with wood log accents for a homey appeal.

Lilly’s offers breakfast lunch and diner all day with a lengthy breakfast menu that is available all day and reasonable prices with most meals under $20. The lunch and dinner menu include sandwiches, burgers, appetizers, pastas, steaks, spuds, and homestyle-entrees such as pork chops, country fried-steak and more!
